One shared control table covers the whole legacy group, so these series are listed together. Not every series reports every code: the GMN, GMP and GMT group stops at 5 flashes, the GDS, GHS, GMS and GKS group stops at 7, and only the two-stage GMV reports 9. Each code page states which series it applies to.
