The circuit that drives the heat pump motor has failed at the main control board. The breaker reset is the documented first step, and a returning code points at the board or the motor rather than at anything the owner can service.

Common causes

Hall effect position sensors inside the motor failing, so the control never gets feedback
Drive module burned out after an overcurrent or a blocked drum

What you can safely check
